onOffice WP Plugin
In the explanations, the standard templates supplied are assumed. These serve only as an example of the function. Individual templates must always be created.
You will find the forms in the menu item onOffice >> Forms.
Forms, that is quite classically the contact form, but also all forms that collect data of properties or addresses and transmit them to you. You can choose whether the data is only sent as Email or is automatically transferred to onOffice enterprise.
If the address should be created, further functions are possible. A check for duplicates can be activated (the Email address is checked) or you can integrate the query for the newsletter in the forms. The sending of the confirmation is then done by onOffice enterprise. Forms can be protected by Google-reCAPTCHA. You can find these additional functions in the form settings in the box “Form-Specific Options”.
You can create forms several times and use an adapted version for different purposes.
Note: Please select the appropriate template (default / individual template) so that the newly created form is displayed correctly.
The configurations and the fields are grouped in boxes:
Forms can be protected using Google-reCAPTCHA (box “Form specific options” in the form settings). The variant “Invisible reCAPTCHA” (v2) is required. You can find more information about Google Captchas in the Google reCAPTCHA documentation.
After entering the Site Key and the Secret Key at onOffice >> Settings you can check the connection via the button “Test Keys”.
After that, a message appears in the lower right corner of all forms where the captcha has been activated: “protected by reCAPTCHA” If an incorrect site key was entered, the form will display a message in the bottom right corner: “Error note for owners of the website: Invalid website key” and the form cannot be sent.
The contact form can be embedded on a contact page as a standard contact form on the one hand, and on the other hand on the property detail view as an immediate enquiry form.
You can enter the contact data and search criteria for a property via the interest form and thus generate search requests.
With the owner form, owners of a property can submit their contact details and property information to you.
In the applicant searchf orm, owners can enter the basic data of their property and receive a list of possible prospective buyers from your database.
