In the explanations, the standard templates supplied are assumed. These serve only as an example of the function. Individual templates must always be created.
The address lists can be found in the menu item onOffice >> Addresses.
Lists with addresses can be created and configured here. Several lists can be created.
Please choose a template for the address list – the standard template “onoffice-for-wp-websites/templates.dist/address/default.php” or your individually created template.
The configurations and the fields are grouped in boxes:
Address lists can be entered in the field “Narrow selection” can be limited by filters that were created in the onOffice software.
Lists can be sorted, the default sorting is set in the box “Filters and Records” configured.
It is also possible for the user to filter the list, for this purpose check the box “Fields” with “Filterable”. Above the list on the website, a section with the filter fields is then displayed.
In special cases the list should be filtered according to a certain criterion, but the filter field should not be visible. In this case, the check mark at “invisible” set.
In order for address data records to be displayed on the website, they must be explicitly enabled.
Make sure that the addresses are also released for your website. The setting is located in the address details in the “Basic data” tab in the “Administration ” section and is called “Publish”.
The setting is not available by default, so you may need to enable it in onOffice enterprise. To do this, go to “Tools > Settings > Administration”, select the “Input fields” tab and choose “Address management” as the “Module” and “Administration” as the “Category”. There you will find the setting “Publish”, which you can set to active.
