Creating API users
An API user can be createdvia the user management (Tools >> Settings >> Users) in onOffice enterprise. The secret is only displayed when the token is created and should be kept safe, the token can be read in the basic data of the API user.
A detailed explanation can be found in our API Documentation
API user rights
The API user is created with the standard rights. Consider which addresses and properties are to be accessed in read and/or write mode so that the corresponding user rights can be assigned.
The following applies: Write permissions should only be granted if necessary and not too generously, delete permissions should never be granted.
You have to adjust the rights for addresses, properties and search criteria, other rights should not be changed. Details about the user rights can be found in the onOffice enterprise edition onlinehelp
