onOffice WP Plugin
With the connection to your onOffice software you can display data of real estate and addresses on your website or enter and save data in forms. The connection is made via the onOffice API and the API user. In the settings of the onOffice WP Plugin the API access data, i.e. the API secret and the API token are entered.
- Only the data to which the API user has read access can be displayed.
- Only properties are displayed which have been released in enterprise for your own website .
For general questions about properties, addresses and users, please refer to the online help of onOffice enterprise.
API user in onOffice enterprise
Create API user
An API user can be created via the user management (Tools >> Settings >> Users) in onOffice enterprise. The secret is only displayed when the token is created and should be kept safe, the token can be read in the basic data of the API user.
A detailed explanation can be found in our step-by-step guide to the first property page.
API user rights
The API user is created with the default rights. Decide which addresses and properties are to have read and/or write access so that the corresponding user rights can be assigned.
The following applies: Write permissions should only be granted when needed and not too generously, delete permissions should never be granted.
You have to adjust the rights for addresses, properties and search criteria, other rights should not be changed. Details about the user rights can be found in the onOffice enterprise edition online help.
Possible data / fields from onOffice enterprise
All active fields of the modules addresses and properties from onOffice enterprise can be displayed via the onOffice WP plug-in. In the configuration of the individual lists and forms the fields are offered for selection under their category name from onOffice enterprise.
These data can also be changed / written, as far as they are not read-only fields.
Please note that onOffice WP-Plugin caches the active fields, keys in selection lists etc. In order to take over changes in onOffice enterprise directly, a saving within the onOffice WP Plugin is sufficient.
Additionally the data for the imprint of the website can be taken over from the basic data of onOffice enterprise. The fields are addressed via a short code, e.g.
