onOffice WP Plugin
To create a list of your properties, go to onOffice >> Propertiesin the main menu. Click on “New” in the “List views” tab
The view for configuring the list opens.
Specify a name for the list in the upper input field. To save new lists and changes to existing lists, click on the “Save changes”button at the very bottom
Here the default template “onoffice-for-wp-websites/templates.dist/estate/default.php” was chosen. An individual template is also possible.
You can see which property data is output in the list in the “Fields” box at the bottom right.
To add new fields, use the categories to the left of the “Fields” box. The categories can be unfolded using the small arrow. Place a check mark next to the desired field and click on “Add”, the field now appears in the “Fields” box.
Each added field is later displayed in the list. If you want the visitor to be able to filter the list according to a specific field, click on the field and check the “Filterbar” box
In the upper area of the configuration view there is the box “Filters and Records”. You can use the Sort criterion and Sort direction settings to determine how the list is sorted.
Via the setting “Restrict selection” you can apply filters that you have created in onOffice enterprise to the list. This provides the user with a pre-filtered list which, for example, displays only active properties or properties of a certain type
Once you have configured the list view according to your needs, you can embed it on a page using the shortcode. Copy the shortcode of the property list from the list overview (right column), open the corresponding page and insert the shortcode.
Please remember, only properties are displayed which have been released in enterprise for your own website
